At Amour Noir, customer satisfaction and privacy are our priorities. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled and fully refunded before they enter processing or fulfillment.

Once an order has been processed, prepared for shipment, or dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.

Returns

Due to the intimate nature of our products and for reasons of hygiene and customer safety, opened, used, or unsealed products cannot be returned.

Returns may only be accepted if:

The product arrived damaged;
The product received is incorrect;
The product is defective upon arrival;
The product is missing essential components that affect its functionality.

To request a return, customers must contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide supporting evidence, including photographs or videos where applicable.

All approved returns must be authorized by Amour Noir before being shipped.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To process your claim, we may request:

Photos of the product;
Photos of the packaging;
Video evidence where necessary.

Once the claim is verified, we may offer:

A replacement product;
A partial refund;
A full refund.

The resolution provided will depend on the nature of the issue.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or an order is missing components that affect functionality, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

After verification, we may provide:

A replacement item;
The missing component;
A partial or full refund, where appropriate.

Orders Marked as Delivered

If tracking information shows that an order has been successfully delivered, we may request additional documentation before approving a refund or replacement.

Customers may be asked to contact their local postal service or delivery provider to obtain proof of non-delivery.

Delayed Deliveries

International shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If an order experiences an excessive delay, Amour Noir will investigate the shipment and determine an appropriate resolution based on the information provided by the shipping carrier.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds and replacements will generally not be issued in the following situations:

The customer provided an incorrect shipping address;
The package was refused by the recipient;
The package was not collected from a pickup location;
The customer ordered the wrong product or variation;
The product has been used, opened, damaged by misuse, or altered after delivery;
Delays caused by customs clearance procedures;
Delays caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, strikes, war, epidemics, or government restrictions.
